Brave Harbor may teach general educational skills that overlap with clinical approaches. A peer Navigator is not providing CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, trauma treatment, or another psychotherapy unless that person is independently licensed and the service is explicitly offered under a separate clinical structure.
Participants should consult qualified professionals for diagnosis, individualized treatment, medication, medical risk, trauma treatment, or complex mental-health concerns.
