Healing & Community Support

You don’t have to figure
everything out today.

Our central framework

SAILS

A simple way to orient yourself when you need to know where you are, what matters, and what to do next.

S

Set Your Course

Name the direction you want to move toward.

A

Assess the Weather

Notice the pressure, risks, needs, and resources around you.

I

Intentional Steering

L

Lean on Your Crew

Use people, tools, and support instead of carrying everything alone.

S

Strengthen Your Harbor

Review, adjust, and build what helps you stay steady.

What’s happening

Brave Harbor is a living community.

Free meetings three days a week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30 PM Puerto Rico time. Rooms usually open 15–20 minutes early with music or video to help you arrive before the conversation begins.

Brave Harbor

Monday · Wednesday · Friday

Music and video before we begin. Human conversation when the meeting starts.

What makes this different

You do not have to perform your way into belonging here.

No forced identity label

You do not have to adopt an identity word to participate or belong.

Accountability without humiliation

We can name what happened clearly without reducing a person to their worst moment.

Real conversation

Peer support works better when people can be human, honest, responsive, and respectful.

Tools are meant to be used

We work with decisions, patterns, relationships, motivation, and practical next steps—not just concepts.

Tools you can actually use

You do not need to learn a whole system before one tool can help.

Relationship Repair Compass

Clarify what happened, what is yours, and what repair could look like.

Honest Trade-Off

Look at what a choice gives you now and what it costs you later.

North Star Compass

Return to what matters when everything feels noisy or urgent.

Carrying vs. Caring

Separate caring about someone from carrying what is not yours.

Community is free

More structure is optional.

You will never have to pay Brave Harbor to belong.

Pay only when you want more structure around what you are trying to change.

There’s more here when you’re ready

Brave Harbor has deeper layers,
but you do not have to learn them today.

Explore at your own pace. When you’re ready, these resources can help you go further.

Know the scope

Peer support and education.

Brave Harbor is not therapy, diagnosis, detoxification, medical treatment, medication guidance, case management, or emergency response.
