The guide is built for Navigators supporting families, supporters, and loved ones. It follows the same SAILS map and 12 Family Support tools participants use, but adds the Navigator lens: what to listen for, what to ask, what to avoid, how to protect agency, and when to move beyond peer support.
The job is to guide the workshop process.Not to manage the loved one, settle family disputes, or decide what another adult should do.
