Guided is ongoing peer support and education for adults who want more continuity, smaller meetings, protected CORE tools, and practical follow-through without entering a start-to-finish curriculum.

Your first month is free.

Activate Guided through PayPal to begin the free month. No payment is collected during the trial. After one month, PayPal automatically attempts the first $19 monthly payment.

Member meeting access

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday · 7:30 PM Eastern Time (ET)
  • Monday · Course Correction: bring what is happening and choose the CORE tool that fits
  • Wednesday · Under Pressure: work a real situation, urge, decision, relationship, or pattern
  • Friday · Hold the Ground: review what changed and choose the next concrete action
  • Protected CORE Toolkit and private digital workbook access are available to active members
  • Guided is not the 30-Day A–Z workbook workshop
  • Meeting links are provided after membership activation and are not posted publicly
