- Those who understand the service is not therapy or coaching beyond the stated scope
Participation guidelines
- Respect privacy and confidentiality appropriate to the setting
- Speak from personal experience and use I-statements
- Ask before offering feedback, suggestions, or crosstalk
- Participation and personal disclosure are always voluntary
- Safety concerns may require professional, medical, or emergency support
Scope and boundaries
Know what the program is—and what it is not.
Individual Navigation is not psychotherapy, treatment, diagnosis, case management, medication guidance, crisis care, or a substitute for licensed professional services.
Early access includes up to 2 Individual Navigation sessions at no cost during your first 30 days. After that, the Founding Community Rate is $32.50–$42.50 per session, based on session length and format — 50% of the previously projected $65–$85 range. Availability remains intentionally limited and placement is not guaranteed.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are provided before booking and payment. An inquiry does not create a charge.
