Participation guidelines
- Respect privacy and confidentiality appropriate to the setting
- Speak from personal experience and use I-statements
- Ask before offering feedback, suggestions, or crosstalk
- Participation and personal disclosure are always voluntary
- Safety concerns may require professional, medical, or emergency support
Scope and boundaries
Know what the program is—and what it is not.
Partner workshops do not authorize an organization to represent itself as a clinical Brave Harbor provider. Licensing, branding, intellectual-property use, and scope are governed by written agreement.
The initial 30-day planning and discovery period is free for soft-launch partners. If a partner engagement moves forward, the Founding Partner Rate is 50% of Brave Harbor's projected standard custom quote, based on length, audience size, preparation, travel, materials, licensing, and follow-up support. A written proposal is provided before paid work begins.
Payment schedule, cancellation, travel, materials, and refund terms are defined in the written proposal or agreement before paid work begins.
