Acceptance
By using this website, submitting a form, or accessing Brave Harbor materials, you agree to these terms and any program-specific participation agreement.
Peer-support and education only
Brave Harbor provides general peer support, education, navigation frameworks, meetings, and community programming. It does not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, detoxification, medication management, legal advice, or emergency response.
No emergency use
Do not use the website, email, contact form, meeting chat, or social media for urgent crisis response. Contact local emergency or official crisis services.
Voluntary participation
Participation is voluntary. Users remain responsible for their decisions, safety, professional care, and compliance with applicable law. No result, abstinence, safety, or outcome is guaranteed.
Community conduct
Users must follow Brave Harbor community guidelines. Access may be limited or ended for threats, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, privacy violations, dangerous disruption, or repeated disregard of boundaries.
Intellectual property
Brave Harbor names, frameworks, written content, graphics, worksheets, presentations, and program materials may be protected intellectual property. Personal use does not grant resale, redistribution, training, translation, commercial, or organizational rights.

Limitation
